RAYMOND WEIL offers a 30-day return policy for all timepieces purchased through our official online store, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all protective packaging intact. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your Swiss-made luxury watch.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the timepiece in its original presentation box with all manuals, warranty cards, and certificates. Ensure the watch is securely packed within a protective shipping carton.
Attach the Shipping Label
Affix the pre-paid insured shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are removed or covered.
Inspection and Refund
Once received at our service center, our master watchmakers will inspect the piece for quality assurance. Upon approval, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
